Please have a credit card to hold you space (it will not be charged through until programme date, if you wish to use this form of payment over a checque). Also have your e-mail address available.
Cancellation fee: Cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of 25% with medical exemptions considered. There is a cancellation fee as staff hiring is done based on participant numbers.
Note to Parents and Guardians: As this is a new year we must fill out all forms again- see sidebar and note below. Spots may be reserved with a credit card. Payment, waiver camp registration forms may be filled out on the first day of program. On the first day, please come 15 minutes early to take care of paperwork.
Forms: See side-bar and download both the forms to the right. Open, print and fill out at home. Bring to first day of course. If there are problems, contact Lindsay and she can send you a package directly.
